#homemade Granola

Good evening,

Finally just baked new post is HERE ...already
 take it and read it... And enjoy it of course))

After many post on instagram with my morning plates - got a lot of questions about what is that Granola that I am eating

It is homemade! No way I am eating that stuff from store where you will find sugar and sugar, and sugar and some nuts ant some more sugar
No WAY!

So, first of all - what you will need 
It depends on your taste, mine tastes are simple
What I used this time:

ALMONDS

CASHEWS

DRIED FRUITS


 OATS

You can use whatever you like, add bananas for more sweeteness , add sunflower seeds for more subtle taste
Do some experiments and you will find your perfect snack

Now, get to the job:
Roast nuts
Roast oats
Separately, not for too long - just to get everything in golden color


Then to stick all together I use HONEY ( yeah... that's sugar, but anyway - it is healthy, and couple of tea spoons won't make any harm to your or your shape:)) )

 Put that on hot pan and let melt ( that takes seconds)


And finaly - bring it all together, put roasted goods on pan with honey and blend it really well!


After put on baking paper, shut to the oven for 5-10 minutes (2oo degrees) 
And then let it chill
Simple as 2x2
