Week two on @whole30

Good afternoon!

Let's start review on the +Whole30® programme further.

I started all this thing on January 2nd, and today it's already 13th, so more than 10 days on my account.

First days was rough, cant say - I thought there is nothing left from what can I eat for breakfast (looking through the list of acceptable foods)

But then I started to find something new for myself - new recipes, new ingredients and new wonderful tastes!

And now what I want to share today is my new foundation - Pizza with no flour!

After first couple days with no JUNK, I had that need for something that I am aware of in common 30days((

I found that I can make pizza whole from vegetables and nothing more



All was made from cauliflower, tomatoes, onion, sweet pepper and spices.

Pizza dough was easy to prepare from cauliflower, smashing it and adding 3 eggs to whole that creamy thing.
Then putting in to oven to make it like one piece not porridge



Then everything is simple, cutting vegetables and putting them on top, letting to bake a little.
You can also make home made tomato souse - mix tomatoes with some pepper, basilic or whatever you like to add to your dishes, then boil them with some water and spilt it on your not ordinary pizza.
