Italians really enjoys they life and the food , they know how to make it taste better.
That's the mind I came with when I was dinning with couple of new friends, met in Milan. When I first came to Milan my friend met and introduced to his "crew" - bunch of people, who loves living in Milan, loves fashion and hangs out till early morning despite that fact it is Wednesday and that next morning all of them has a lot of work to do.
We went to small bar for some drinks for appetizer it was so small and so tiny I felt like I know each person in the room. I did not remember what was the name of this place, but I think you can easily find any similar near old Mediolan canal's, which where projected by Leonardo da Vinci itself!
Also I was told how whole Milano was built and whole history how people brought materials through that canal for Duomo Milano construction.
I was impressed by the beauty of all the building which surrounded me, all of them are so old, so historic and so artsy - they make you think, and dream, and just enjoy of being there.
When we left the bar went to little Italian style Trattoria in one of the small streets of Milan.
Trattoria is a place less formal than restaurant, with typically no standart menus, but with tasty local food and great wine.
Inspite that I was dreaming about real Italian pizza with lots of cheese and great aroma - I left my dreams behind and choose some dishes from the small paper that reminds somebodys forbidden notebook page.

Do not waste the time while choosing - everything in Italia sounds interesting, beautiful and is tasty!
My choice for the night was SCAMORZA, it is like pancake made of lots of cheese, it was very creamy and cheezy served on lot of ruccola leaves that I admire!

Before we started to destroy our meal I was surprised by the quantity of Ciabatta (italian bread) placed on our desk. My friends started to eat it just without anything, some of them added some olive oil on that and that's it ! I am still wondering how they can eat so lot and stay so slim still!
Well, I guess this question I have to solve on the next trip while visiting Italy - I hope I will come there very soon.
We were walking down the streets at night, I was enjoying meeting so much new people, new stories and tastes of drink and food. Next morning at 6.15 I had train which supposed to transfer me to next stop - Monaco.
